It’s no secret that I love my Osee T7 monitor, but you don’t always need a super bright 7 inch monitor, and sometimes you want to save a little money.
Well, the Osee T5 is a 5.5″ version which is also less bright, but comes in at under half the price.
At $200, it safely falls in the “budget monitor” category, but what you get is pro level assist features with a super quick and intuitive interface and menu system.
It’s light weight, lacking nothing in functionality and a perfect companion for someone like me who doesn’t want to give up the awesome T7 features when I need a smaller monitor.
Of course, if this is your first monitor- you’ll be happy for quite a while to come.
In the spirit of fairness, you should be aware that there is no HDMI loop out and the option for external power is not a standard DC barrel connection, but instead USB. Hey, that could even be better for you- and there’s power output for your camera too if that’s something you’re looking for.
Anyway, check out my unboxing and review here if you’re curious to see more!
